Every ColbyRACK system we supply is certified through the Colby RackMan programme, which guarantees load capacity meets and often exceeds AS 4084 requirements. A Load Rating sign is also compulsory and must be permanently fixed to the structure.
How Often Does Pallet Racking Need to Be Inspected?
Under AS 4084-2012, all racking installations must be formally inspected by a competent person at least once every 12 months, regardless of load or traffic levels. Warehouse by Design carries out these audits, provides a detailed damage report, and recommends repairs to keep your system safe and compliant.
